When the website cannot be accessed

Check the following if the website cannot be accessed.

After logging in, a forced logout is performed before the job list is displayed.
[PC]
  • Enable the browser cookies.
[iPad]
  • Enable the browser cookies.
  • Disable the private browsing function of the browser.

After login, the [File Download] dialog appears.
Or, [Failed to obtain] is displayed in the plug-in version section of the [Operating Environment] screen.
Java is not installed.
Install Java from http://java.com/.

After login, the [File Download] dialog appears.
Or, the [Can’t download ***.jnlp] error dialog appears.
  1. Open [Start] – [Control Panel] – [Internet Options].
  2. Open the [Advanced] tab.
  3. Clear the [Do not save encrypted pages to disk] checkbox in the [Security] section
    if it is selected.
  4. Click the [OK] button and close the [Internet Options] screen.
  5. Restart your browser and log in again.

After login, the [Security Alert] dialog appears.
Or, the [Can’t download ***.jnlp] error dialog appears.
  1. Open [Start] – [Control Panel] – [Internet Options].
  2. Open the [Security] tab.
  3. Click the [Default level] button.
  4. Click the [OK] button and close the [Internet Options] screen.
  5. Restart your browser and log in again.

After login, the [Can’t Start Application] error dialog appears.
The Java 32-bit/64-bit version may not be appropriate for the 32-bit/64-bit version of your browser.
Install the Java version appropriate for your browser from http://java.com/.

Environment for guaranteed operation
When the browser version is 32-bit: Java 32-bit version
When the browser version is 64-bit: Java 64-bit version

If the website still cannot be accessed after trying the above.
  1. Open [Start] – [Control Panel] – Java].
    * Mac OS X 10.7 or later
    Click the Apple icon at the top left of your screen - [System Preferences] - [Java Preferences]
    * Mac OS X 10.6 or earlier
    Make the Finder active - [Applications] - [Utilities] - [Java Preferences]
  2. Click the [Settings] button in the [Temporary Internet Files] section.
  3. Click the [Delete Files] button in the [Temporary Files Settings] dialog.
  4. Click the [OK] button to delete your temporary files.
  5. Click the [OK] button to close the [Java Control Panel] screen.
  6. The following folder will be deleted.
    "OS installation folder":\Documents and Settings(or Users)\"Login user"\xmfremote
    * Mac
    1).Make the Finder active, [Go]-[Go to Folder...]
    2).Input [~/xmfremote/], click the [Go] button.
    3).Click [xmfremote] folder, [File]-[Move to Trash]
  7. Restart your browser and log in again.
